Ingredients:
- 2 oz seltzer
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz SC demerara syrup
- ½ oz cherry liqueur
- ¼ oz Benedictine
- 1½ oz london dry gin
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Garnish: lemon wedge, cocktail umbrella
Glassware: Collins

Method
Add the seltzer to the bottom of a Collins or highball glass. Add the rest of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cracked or cubed ice. Shake and strain into the glass. Gently add cracked or cubed ice to fill the glass and add garnish.
