Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 5-10 mint leaves
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker (without muddling mint leaves!), add 12 oz crushed ice, and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into coupe and garnish with mint.
