Ingredients:
- ¼ oz lime juice
- ¼ oz SC orgeat
- ½ oz dry Pierre Ferrand curaçao
- ¼ oz Black Blended Overproof Rum ❻
- ½ oz Blended Aged Rum ❸
- 4 oz chilled sparkling wine
Garnish: lime twist, mint leaves
Glassware: Champagne flute

Method
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a mixing glass with cracked or cubed ice. Stir with a barspoon and pour into a chilled champagne flute. Top with the champagne or sparkling wine.
Tip: you can batch this recipe ahead of time. To serve several people, multiply the ingredient quantities by the number of guests. Combine all the ingredients except the sparkling wine and chill for an hour. When you're ready to serve, pour 1¾ ounces of the chilled mix into each glass (no need to stir with ice) and top each with 4 ounces of chilled sparkling wine.
