Ingredients:
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz coconut cream
- ½ oz apricot liqueur
- ½ oz SC cinnamon syrup
- ¼ oz allspice dram
- 1½ oz Black Blended Rum ❺
- ½ oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
Garnish: cinnamon stick, grated cinnamon, dehydrated lime

Method
Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin, add 12oz crushed ice and 4 to 6 agitator cubes. Flash blend and open pour with a gates finish into the glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime, a burnt cinnamon stick, and grated cinnamon.
