Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz SC honey syrup
- 1½ oz Black Blended Overproof Rum ❻
- ½ oz overproof Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum ❶
- 4 oz boiling water
Garnish: lemon peel
Glassware: Irish Coffee glass

Method
Combine the lemon juice and honey syrup in an Irish coffee glass. Add both rums to a Blue Blazer mug, Add the boiling water. Use a lighter to ignite the liquid and pass that flaming liquid back and forth from one Blue Blazer mug to another Blue Blazer mug for a few seconds.
When the flame turns orange, immediately pour the flaming contents of the Blue Blazer mug into the Irish coffee glass and put out the flame by placing the mug on top of the glass. Garnish by expressing a long lemon peel and placing to rest on the top of the glass.
