Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 2 whole strawberries
- ½ oz black pepper syrup
- ½ oz vermouth
- 1½ oz pisco
Garnish: basil sprig
Glassware: Collins

Method
Muddle strawberries with lime juice in the shaker. Add remaining ingredients and crushed ice, shake. Double strain over fresh ice and garnish.

The original called for mint garnish, but I have a thing for strawberry-basil and the black pepper seems like the perfect sidekick.
Maybe try a couple drops of olive oil in the shaker?
