Garnish: lemon peel

Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with cracked ice and stir. Strain over a big rock, express the lemon peel, and drop it in the glass.

Strawberry infusion: chop half a cup of strawberries and cover with the Luxardo Bitter Bianco. Allow to sit for 3-4 days and then bottle. It seems to last a few months in the fridge.
