Ingredients:
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Β½ oz lime juice
- ΒΌ oz SC demerara syrup
- 1 oz london dry gin
- 1 oz brandy
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: mint sprig, swizzle stick
Glassware: Collins

Method
Add the ginger beer to a Collins or highball glass, then add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with cracked or cubed ice. Shake and strain the contents into the glass, and then gently fill with cubed or cracked ice. Add garnish.
