Ingredients:
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz sherry
- 1½ oz Blended Aged Rum ❸
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 dash absinthe
Garnish: orange peel
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Double stain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
