Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz ginger liqueur
- ½ oz Aperol
- 1½ oz Tequila blanco
Garnish: cucumber slice
Glassware: Old-fashioned
Yield
one cocktail
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake. Open pour, top with more crushed ice, and garnish by dabbing the cucumber slice(s) in black pepper before placing on the edge of the glass.

I found this one quite savory on its own. Normally I’d pop some saline into any tequila drink, but it doesn’t seem to need it.
