Ingredients:
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1½ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- top with seltzer
Garnish: orange wheel
Glassware: Collins

add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice / top with soda water / garnish with orange wheel (fresh or dehydrated)

This cocktail was created by Zack Gelnaw-Rubin at Attaboy in New York City in 2012. It's a riff on another of his drinks, the Bicycle Thief, which he created with Abraham Hawkins at Dutch Kills in 2010. In this version, grapefruit juice gets swapped for pineapple, giving the drink a softer tropical edge that plays nicely with Campari's bitterness (hello Jungle Bird!).
