Ingredients:
- 2 oz congac
- 1 oz lime juice
- ⅔ oz orgeat
- ½ oz falernum
- float with Angostura bitters
Garnish: lime peel
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Combine all except bitters into shaker, add 12 oz crushed ice. Shake for 10 seconds and open pour into glass, then top it off with some ice. Float the bitters and garnish with curled lime peel.
