Method

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express lemon peel and use as garnish.

Follows the negroni template, but is really out there. The recipe calls for peach bitters but the best I have is Havana Club Island Fruit, and it worked really well too.
