Ingredients:
- ½ cup dragon fruit chunks
- ½ oz lime juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz coconut cream
- 1½ oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
Garnish: pineapple frond, dehydrated lime, dragon fruit chunks
Glassware: dragon fruit shell

Method
Extract the dragon fruit without damaging the shell since it will be used to hold the drink. The top can be discarded. The bottom might benefit from a little bit of shearing to ensure that it sits upright.
Add the juices and dragon fruit into the shaker and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients, 12 oz crushed ice, and either blend or shake hard until frost forms on the tin. Open pour into the dragon fruit shell and garnish.
