Ingredients:
- 1¼ oz gin
- ½ oz Green Chartreuse
- ½ oz bergamot liqueur
- ½ oz lemon juice
- handful fresh basil
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- small pinch salt
- 2 oz seltzer
- one lemon peel
Garnish: basil sprig
Glassware: Old-fashioned

Method
Muddle basil and lemon peel with simple syrup and saline. Add remaining ingredients except sparkling water, 12oz ice, and shake 20 seconds. Double strain over fresh ice, top with sparkling water. Garnish.
