Ingredients:
- ¾ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz orgeat
- ¼ oz allspice dram
- ½ oz banana liqueur
- 1¼ oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz Jamaican Blended Aged Rum ❸
- 1 dash chocolate bitters
Garnish: dehydrated pineapple
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake and open pour into glass. Garnish.

Reminiscent of root beer somehow. Chris recommends adding the chocolate bitters because the original without was slightly too sweet. They worked well as a float.
