Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz Cynar
- 1 oz scotch
- 1 oz Blended Aged Rum ❸
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: mint sprig, lemon peel
Glassware: Collins

Method
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with 12 oz crushed ice. Shake and open pour with gated finish into glass. Garnish with mint and lemon peel.
