Ingredients:
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz mezcal espadín
- 1½ oz Tequila blanco
- top with seltzer
Garnish: pineapple frond
Glassware: Collins

Method
Combine all ingredients except seltzer in a shaker with ice and shake. Fill the glass with ice and add the seltzer. Strain shaker into the glass.
