¾ oz lime juice
¾ oz pandan syrup
½ oz chili liqueur
½ oz ginger beer
1 oz Tequila blanco
½ oz mezcal espadín
2 dashes bitters

Garnish: pineapple frond, dehydrated lime

Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake. Open pour into glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with pandan leaf or something more common like a pineapple frond and lime wheel.
