Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz falernum
- ¼ oz orgeat
- ¼ oz SC Mai Tai syrup
- 2 oz Blended Aged Rum ❸
- float ½ oz Strato pistachio distillate
Garnish: spent lime shell, mint sprig
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Combine all ingredients with 12 oz crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until a frost forms on the shaker and pour the entire contents into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with the spent lime shell and mint sprig, arranged like a tree on a little island.

The Strato is a really delicate spirit with low sugar content that provides a pillowy-soft nutty flavor when floated, elevating the orgeat. The rum is a blend as follows:
