Well Oiled Mai Tai

Garnish: mint sprig, dehydrated pineapple, maraschino cherry

Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Open pour with gated finish in to a glass and garnish with love.

A combination of Mai Tai and Corn & Oil. Here I have modified the original, upping falernum and reducing orgeat, with a splash of seltzer added.
