Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz dry curaçao
- ¼ oz orgeat
- ¼ oz SC Mai Tai syrup
- 2 oz Blended Aged Rum ❸
Garnish: spent lime shell, mint sprig
Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Method
Combine all ingredients with 12 oz crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until a frost forms on the shaker and pour the entire contents into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with the spent lime shell and mint sprig, arranged like a tree on a little island.

According to SC the original rum was Wray & Nephew 17yr, a pot still with a ton of age. Their house variety is the recipe above, but feel free to mix other combos of rums to try different varieties:
1 oz blended long aged rum + 1 oz pot still lightly aged ❶
1½ oz Rhum Agricole Vieux ❽ + ½ oz pot still unaged
