Ingredients:
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz orgeat
- 1½ oz Empress 1908 gin
Garnish: pineapple frond
Glassware: Large brandy snifter

Method
Combine all ingredients except gin into a shaker with ice. Shake well and double-strain into a glass and top with crushed ice. Float the gin, add garnish.
