Ingredients:
- Âľ oz lime juice
- ½ oz ginger liqueur
- ½ oz orgeat
- 1½ oz gin
- float with Peychauds bitters
Garnish: mint sprig, edible orchid
Glassware: Collins

Method
Combine all but bitters into the glass and add 12 oz crushed ice. Swizzle, top with more ice, and float the bitters. Garnish with mint and orchid.
