Ingredients:
- ½ oz lime juice
- Âľ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz falernum
- â…“ oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 oz absinthe
- float creole bitters

Method
Combine all ingredients except bitters in the glass and fill three fourths of the way with crushed ice. Swizzle until the glass is frosty then top with more ice. Float the bitters and garnish with mint.
