Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons li hing mui powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
The recipe here is from Smuggler’s Cove:
Mix Li Hing Mui power and granulated sugar in a bowl. Heat water in a saucepan or small pot until boiling then remove from heat. Stir in the sugar mix until totally dissolved. Allow to cool then bottle and store in refrigerator.
Keeps for several weeks.
