Ingredients:
- ½ oz lime juice
- 3-4 chunks of peach
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz peach liqueur
- ½ oz mezcal espadĂn
- 1½ oz Tequila blanco
- 2 dashes spicy bitters
- 2 drops saline
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine peaches with spirit and lime juice and muddle. Add remaining ingredients and ice then shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
